Return Policy
We will do what we can to ensure you are satisfied with every purchase. Please do not hesitate to reach out to info@ceracharm.com at anytime if you are unhappy with your order.
Unfortunately due to the hygienic constraints on some of our items, Jewelry sales are not returnable unless the item is received damaged.
If a product arrives broken or damaged, we are happy to send a replacement or issue store credit if reported within 7 calendar days. A photograph as proof of the damage/defect may be required to assess the situation.
Please reach out to info@ceracharm.com to request a return within the above parameters and we will be happy to help.
Items with obvious signs of use, any item not in its original condition and packaging, any item that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be exchanged or resent to you unless prepaid label provided.
MISSING, LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Shipments that have been marked delivered and are missing, lost, or stolen are the sole responsibility of USPS, UPS, FEDEX or DHL Express. CERACHARM will not be responsible for replacing such items but will be happy to provide tracking information to aid with your correspondence with the shipper company.
Sale items and orders placed using coupon and discount codes cannot be refunded. All sale items are final. One code per customer per order.
