Shipping Policy

We value every purchase, and we do our best to honor all shipping requests to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible. Because our pieces are made to order (unless specified in stock) shipping time will vary for each product.
Currently, we only ship to the continental USA and are working diligently to soon ship internationally. Please consider that there may be shipping delays due to weather and holidays therefore allow ample time to receive items by placing orders as early as possible.
Orders over $150 will receive Free Shipping via Priority Mail and should be received within 3-5 business days.
Please allow for at least 3-7 business days for your order to be processed.
Customers are responsible for all sales taxes and other taxes on merchandise shipped to other states.
If a package is lost and shows as "In transit" for over 30 days, please contact us at info@ceracharm.com and we will refund or replace the item if inventory allows.
If a package shows as "Delivered" but has not been received, it is the responsibility of the customer to request a claim via USPS/UPS/Fedex/DHL, we do not claim responsibility for compensation or reimbursement.
